Hey girl! I’m Amanda Ferreira.

I just turned 40 last year and I had to shine some light in this topic!

I’m a professional athlete, World Fitness Champion, Certified Health Coach, and strength coach — and I help high-performing women build strong, confident bodies that improve with age.

I’ve spent over a decade coaching women from all walks of life: entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, mothers, and athletes. Many of the women who come to me are already driven and disciplined — but they’re also stuck.

They’ve tried training harder, eating less, and doing “all the right things,” yet their bodies stopped responding. My work is about changing that through a muscle-first, mindset-driven approach built for real life and long-term results that are actually sustainable.

My philosophy comes from both experience and competition. As a WBFF World Champion, I learned how the body truly responds to training, nutrition, recovery, and stress at the highest level. But more importantly, I learned how to translate elite principles into practical strategies that work for busy, high-stress women — especially after 40.

I’m the founder of Amanda Lifestyle Coaching, where I provide personalized online and in-person coaching focused on strength training, nutrition, and mindset.

I’m also the founder of We Lift, a strength-training methodology and boutique class concept designed to bridge the gap between personal training and group fitness through structured programming and supportive community.

I created Stronger Than 40 to change the narrative around aging. I don’t coach women to shrink, diet harder, or fear getting older.

I coach them to build muscle, confidence, and an identity rooted in strength and self-trust. This way life gest better, energy increases, and we can become better with time, not smaller or feel lesser.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief:

In this module, we're gonna talk about everything that actually involves training.

Exercise correct techniques, correct intensity, proper workout split, what type of cardio to do, mobility, correct posture, differences in similar exercises, etc.

In this module, we're gonna talk about everything related to our delicious food and how to make our eating habits work in our favor.

We're going to delve into the technical aspects of protein, carbs, fat, and alcohol. But we will also talk about practical tips and tricks on how to incorporate all of that in our lives.

We will also talk about the effect that food has in our lives and the importance of mastering your nutrition after 40 so you don't get caught off guard.

In this module, we will go over and master the director of this whole show: your mind!

We're going to finally understand the why behind your behaviors with food, exercise, and self-image. We will also work towards identifying and changing the core beliefs that brought you to the results you have today, and how to change them into results you actually want and are proud of.

Training Journey

This is the practical module. The hands-on, sweaty drops, and deep breaths module.

In here, we will actually train together.

We start with a 3 month aclimation and preparation journey, where I will teach you the basics of training, showing specific and fundamental exercises for our journey together of building muscle.

After this, you will have monthly programs for you to follow and keep your beautiful path of self mastery.
